Challenge: An oil and gas company was implementing the SAP S/4HANA ERP software suite. Several members of the client’s Project Team had never supported an Agile project before, which is a requirement of working with S/4HANA.

Multifunctional Document Management System Enhances Organizational Efficiency

Challenge: A top-five oil company needed to streamline its learning content development process to be more secure, structured, accessible, forward-looking, and capable of operating without a dedicated document coordinator.

Solution: GP Strategies provided a project management solution that integrated Microsoft® SharePoint™ as a document management software tool and management system. They developed an end user interface that was intuitive, unassuming, and capable of accommodating the client’s complex workflows and security protocols.  

Results: The solution resulted in savings of over 428 workforce hours during the first two years and played a crucial role in meeting the client’s Operator Training program objectives.

Challenge: An offshore drilling company was transitioning its maintenance and inventory systems to Infor’s Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software system.
