This session is designed to empower participants to navigate and lead through change with confidence and resilience.

Burnout
Burnout is the psychological syndrome involving emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and a diminished sense of personal accomplishment, resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed. In our workshop we reflect on your own current reality as it relates to stress and burnout, learn and employ personal resilience strategies, and understand what team members need when it comes to addressing stress and burnout.

Courageous Conversations
Courageous Conversations is the ability to engage in open, honest, and constructive dialog about sensitive or challenging topics calmly and confidently. This course is designed to empower both individual contributors and people leaders with the skills and confidence needed to navigate these crucial discussions with authenticity, empathy and effectiveness.

Getting Real about Men at Work
In recent research, it was revealed that two thirds of men see no business reasons for diversity at all - and a high percentage feel they will be overlooked for their next promotion in favor of a diverse candidate. We aim to explore the assumptions we make about both genders through an interactive storytelling quiz before a deeper reflection on just what molds our expectations of the sexes – and how positive or otherwise this may be..

Impostor Phenomenon
This engaging session explores the imposter phenomenon and its impact on confidence, especially among individuals from underrepresented backgrounds. Participants will uncover how self-doubt can limit success and learn science-backed strategies to overcome it. Through interactive reflection and practical tools, attendees will build resilience and reclaim their confidence.

Mental Resilience
Our Mental Resilience module has been designed to guide learners through the full wellbeing journey, starting with an introduction to “The Good Zone,” which is then built upon with unpacking what resilience looks like to individuals, through to practical models and tools for managing our “bouncebackability” when times get tough.

Neurodiversity in the Workplace
This webinar will explore the strengths and challenges of neurodivergent individuals. It will provide practical strategies for creating supportive environments, enhancing social communication, and promoting emotional regulation, all of which contribute to a respectful and integrity-focused workplace.

Psychological Safety

This taster session showcases our course, designed for individual contributors and people leaders who want to harness the power of storytelling to engage, motivate, and connect with their audiences.

The Power of Vulnerability
This interactive session invites participants to explore the power of vulnerability in the workplace through engaging activities and real-world scenarios. By embracing vulnerability, leaders and teams can foster deeper connections, build trust, and create a culture of authenticity and growth. When Values Collide examines how personal and business values shape how we navigate the world as well as workplace responsibilities and decisions. Critically, it explores what to do when values collide, and how we can enable people to disagree well.
